It's the first Friday of the month and over at Daring Cardmakers that means it's an "elemental" challenge - just choose at least three elements from the inspiration picture to kickstart your project.
I chose the soft greens from the colour palette, the fern type leaves, a skinny metallic circle (framing the flower in the inspiration) and overlapping squares.
The squares are simply the ink pads pressed directly onto the card base - I used a bit of tape to mask the lighter one at the front when I pressed the darker pad onto the card.
Supplies:

Fab take on the theme, Joanne! I especially like the die cut leaves.
This is beautiful, Joanne! I've still got your bee card on my mantelpiece as I love it. I'm going to frame it. Have a happy weekend, Jo x
This is good timing. I am working on purging my wood stamps and just went thru the batch of Hero I have including squares. I had decided to keep them for now and this is like the universe saying see? Yes keep them. (I know you used pads but you know what I mean)
You have a good eye for layout. Nice CAS card. Central focus but more than just one image.
Hugs Margot
Really like how you've used that circle to concentrate the focus for this card. Lovely use of green tones too. :)
Stunning. I love how you have used the ink pads to create the squares in your background.
